With more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Jeff Buckingham brings
his extensive knowledge and leadership abilities to Call America. In 1983, Buckingham was the
first salesman in a new long distance telephone company, the original Call America. He would
eventually lead the company and, as President, oversee its purchase by GST in 1997. Buckingham
went on to serve as Vice President of New Edge Networks. In January 2002, he re-launched Call
America with a focus on serving the local business community.
As a leader in the industry, Buckingham has served as president of CALTEL (California Association
of Competitive Telecommunications Providers) and on the board of the national Competitive
Telecommunications Association. He is active in community organizations including Rotary
International, Farm Bureau, SLO Chamber of Commerce and the Cuesta College Foundation.
Buckingham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dairy Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He
lives in San Luis Obispo County with his wife Joan, two children, and menagerie of animals
including 44 cows, 2 bulls, 5 dogs, 12 cats and 3 tortoises.

With more than 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Cheryl Lovell has focused on administration,
operations and finance. Her experience spans from Director of Administration at the original Call America to Office
Manager for New Edge Networks and previously as Accounting Manager for Wynd Communications, a subsidiary of GoAmerica.
In January 2002, she reunited with Jeff Buckingham to re-launch Call America. Currently Cheryl oversees the operations
and finance departments for Call America.
Cheryl lives in San Luis Obispo with her husband, Russ and their two children, Brandon and Spencer. |

Janice Petko brings extensive telecommunications sales experience to Call America. Her sales experiences,
spanning two decades, include Time Warner Telecommunications, GST Telecom, Electric Lightwave and Worldcom.
Janice was most recently the Director of Sales for Impulse Internet Services, and she has received multiple
awards for sales excellence from several industry giants.
Janice and her husband, Vic, live in Atascadero with their dog, Baci. She enjoys the Central Coast lifestyle
where she can surf, hike and play golf.

Vic has been in telecommunications for over 15 years and believes that the most important thing at
Call America is that a live person actually answers the phone! This is just one way the company
emphasizes personalized service. Vic was with the original Call America from 1988 until they
merged with GST in 1997. Vic came back to the local company he enjoys working with so much in
2002, shortly after the rebirth of Call America.
Vic and his wife Lalla enjoy living on the Central Coast with their young daughter Allegra.

Robyn truly believes that the customer comes first and always makes them her first priority. She wants to work with
customers to help find a solution that best suits their individual needs. She has worked in the telecommunications industry
for 10 years and believes that her customer service skills assist her in both client relations as well as working with other
employees.
She is married and has two daughters, Brooke and Riley. They enjoy the outdoors - taking trips to the park, farmers
markets and going on family bike rides.

Stephanie has 12 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning with her employment at the original Call
America in 1996. She has worked as an operator, in customer service, service delivery, account retention and sales while at
Call America. She has also worked for various other telecommunications companies as an Account Executive. Stephanie returned
to Call America in 2007 and is committed to providing excellence in customer care and support, and believes in the company's
ability to deliver these services.
Stephanie and her husband spend their time with their two daughters and playing with their dog Teddy. She also keeps
energized and healthy by teaching Group Fitness at The Studio Fitness for Women.

Shannon believes 110% in customer service and that with Call America, the customer is
more than just another number in a book. Shannon has been working in customer service
since 1997. She enjoys working with people and believes that you cannot have a successful
business without excellent customer service.
Shannon spends her spare time with her husband Richie and her kitty Missy. She also
loves to read in her spare time and do gardening and other fun, crafty things. |

Going that extra step - or three or four - to ensure that customers are well taken care of is what Julie Walker
enjoys most about her job with Call America. Julie comes to Call America with over 20 years in public relations,
customer service, and office management. She brings a wealth of wisdom, terrific follow-through, and the conviction
that great communication is essential to good business relationships.
When she's not at work, Julie loves to cook and sometimes caters and coordinates weddings. She and her husband
are "empty nesters" who spend time with their lab Bella -- who "lives to retrieve her tennis ball."

Kellie has 20+ years of customer service experience, with 15 of those years in the telecom & technology industries. She
feels the most important aspect of Call America's personalized services is the ability for customers to talk to a live
person who cares about assisting them with their communication needs. This has always been a core value for Call America -
provide excellent Customer Service and build lasting customer relationships. Kellie started with Call America in 1990 in the
Customer Service Department and shortly thereafter took over managing the Operator Services Division. She continued her
work at Call America's sister company Wynd Communications as VP of Operations from 2000-2003.
Kellie's two greatest joys are her children, Mason and Cate.

Chrissy brings many years of customer service experience to her job at Call America, and
enjoys working with all types of people. She is excited to be part of the Call America
family, where she feels that each client is treated as part of that family and the clients'
happiness is always the first priority.
Chrissy grew up in South County and still lives there, with her cat, Luna. She enjoys
reading, roller coasters, road trips and fishing.

Laura feels that the most important aspect of personalized customer service is treating the customer as she would like to
be treated. With 15 years' experience providing training, office support and customer service, she appreciates the fact that
when customers phone Call America they are spared the impersonal automated telephone attendant and are greeted by a live
representative ready to assist them with their telephone service needs.
Laura enjoys spending time with her two sons, TJ and Andrew, taking advantage of the beauty and adventures of the Central
Coast as much as possible. You can often find them kayaking in Morro Bay, exploring Big Sur and playing at the beach.

Diane has been in telecommunications for 24 years and excels in her job working with customers
because of her overall knowledge of the products and how they work and her attention to detail.
Diane started with the original Call America in 1988 and returned in 2002 to the company she calls
"home." She enjoys working with new and existing customers and says she's never had such a warm
and positive response from customers as she does with this company.
Diane and her husband keep busy with their son Kory and two dogs.

At Call America, Jill assists new and existing customers with service orders, placing a high
standard on being prompt and courteous. Jill most recently worked at Wynd Communications in the
ordering department and also assisted in customer service.
Jill's hobbies include collecting movies, enjoying all things NASCAR, tennis, hiking and shopping.
She doesn't have any pets of her own, but her neighbor's cat "visits" all the time!

Kelly believes in the importance of building lasting relationships with customers and giving them the confidence to know
that Call America will do whatever we can to satisfy their needs. Most of her career has been in the customer service
industry as a Flight Attendant, where she had the great opportunity to travel to many international destinations.
She enjoys painting, refinishing furniture and traveling with her friends.

Rick joins Call America with 34 years of experience as a journeyman telecommunications technician,
specializing in troubleshooting and customer support. Because of his extensive background in the
industry, Rick provides expert advice and assistance, and his expertise is particularly valuable
related to Call America's business Internet service.

Stacey worked at GST/Call America for six years and has been consulting for the new Call America
for the past two years. She is now back full time in the accounting department and really enjoys
being part of the team. To Stacey, being locally-owned and operated makes a big difference in the
service Call America provides.

A firm believer in personalized service, Kimberly enjoys working at Call America. Previously, she developed
her excellent interpersonal skills while working in a deli, a shoe-store, and by helping patients at a medical
clinic. For Kimberly, it is always a great experience when Call America customers can talk with a live person
anytime they call in.
Kimberly currently lives in San Luis Obispo with her cat, Mo. She enjoys movies, music, and good friends.

With years of management experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and on the Central Coast,
Daniel George has a strong talent for business and deeply believes in the community and people-focused
core values of Call America. Prior to joining Call America in October, Daniel worked as an operations
manager at GST Telecom and the director of operator services for Andiamo Telecom.
Daniel has lived on the Central Coast for ten years with his wife and two children. In his spare time
he enjoys playwriting, coaching youth soccer and designing board games.
